Order processing
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, including tracking information when available.
During high-volume launches or seasonal releases, processing times may be slightly longer. Any delays will be clearly communicated on our website.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery times are estimates and begin once your order has shipped, not when it is placed. Actual delivery times may vary based on carrier, location, and seasonal volume.
Domestic shipping (United States)
We currently ship within the United States using standard shipping carriers.
Once your order has shipped, Crafted in Tandem is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, or other factors outside our control.
International shipping
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Shipping confirmation & tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Incorrect address
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Crafted in Tandem is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the order.
Lost or delayed packages
If your package appears delayed or lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.

Damaged items during shipping
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.
